J.R. Robinson is a highly skilled and dedicated security professional, entering his 20th year of the private security agency; his experience spans across multiple facets of the aviation, investigative, security, and insurance risk management industry. J.R.’s background ranges from armed/unarmed guard services, executive protection, undercover surveillance, private investigations, and asset protection in various states including Michigan, Georgia, and Arkansas.

Beginning his career as a police explorer cadet, J.R. quickly advanced through a range of security roles across several reputable firms. In 2020, he launched his own security consulting firm—specializing in security operations, firearms training, and retail firearms sales. Additionally, he is a certified NRA instructor, Range Safety Officer, and a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). Most recently, he completed advanced certification in Church and Place of Worship Security, further expanding his capabilities in specialized threat environments.

J.R. also honed his talents in the exciting field of aviation. Earning his Private Pilot’s license at the age of 16, and doubling his studies to further advance his aeronautical training. As a private consultant, J.R. has worked many contracts, both civilian & governmental. Concurrently, he leads operations within the insurance sector, managing complex claims and investigative operations for major Insurance companies; and holds a valid adjuster & Michigan Insurance Producer license.

Educationally, J.R. studied Aviation Flight Technology and Business Management at Eastern Michigan University, with a special focus in Diverse Communications.

Inspired by her father and her deep desire to help others, Kristin always wanted to work in some faction of  law enforcement, or private security. Kristin attended Oakland Community College after high school, studying Criminal Justice with a GPA of 4.0 throughout the entire program. In the following 20 years, Kristin continued to work as a security officer, process server, an investigator for a private firm, and a fugitive recovery agent. 

Throughout her adult life, Kristin continued to study outside of a university program by taking independent classes and attending seminars and symposiums. Kristin is educated and/or certified in the following areas:

• Interview and Interrogation Techniques 

• Ballistics, Firearms, and Explosives

• Constitutional Law 

• Airport Security, Maritime/Port Security, Railroad Security, and Border Security 

• Biological Weapons and Terrorism

• Security in Religious Institutions and Places of Worship

Kristin holds an Associates &  Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice.
